MBUS GEN 1 Back-Up Front and Rear Folding sights Tan

I have a few of these and they work just fine. The finish and color aren't as nice as real MBUS, but for the price they are great. There is some plastic "flashing" leftover from manufacturing, but you can remove this easily with a razor blade. The rear sight adjustment doesn't "click" on each change like a real MBUS does... but the adjustment works fine, it's just pretty tight. Once you have it adjusted though, it is solid and they flip and and lock down nicely. Again, for the price, I don't think you can beat it, especially if you are just using these for emergency back-up sights only. Be sure to use some blue thread lock on the mounting screws and don't over tighten the screws. Also, like most Magpul type accessories, you have to remove the mounting screw and then slide on the piece. So just lock your bolt to the rear, leave the charging handle hanging back, and that will give you plenty of space to slide the sight on without even having to pop your rear takedown pin out or anything. Happy with purchase.
